There are plenty of quick alternatives out there to fast food.
For example:
- A sandwich piled with lots of veggies
- Grilled cheese sandwich (using low-fat cheese) and tomato soup
- Kashi frozen pizza or dinners
- Veggie burgers (found in the freezer section)
- Tuna sandwich
- Whole wheat mac n cheese
- Microwaved baked potato
- and as always, a fresh salad
